The multi-course breakfasts were delicious and a fun way to begin the day. I’ll be back for more of those muffins! The house has a welcoming, home-like feel, and somehow stayed cozy even in midsummer. Patti and the rest of the staff were simply wonderful. She’s so sweet and clearly wants guests to have the best stay they can. My husband and I had a fantastic time celebrating our first anniversary here. I highly recommend At Cumberland Falls Bed and Breakfast Inn.

Our two-night visit began to feel like home, thanks to Garry and Patti, who are fantastic and make Cumberland Falls Bed and Breakfast so warm and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and carefully decorated. Garry’s cooking was wonderful, and the breakfasts were so delicious and filling that we didn’t need to look for lunch. The stay was worth every penny, and I hope we can return.

Breakfast was delicious each morning, and they accommodated me as a vegan. David and Angela were such friendly, amazing hosts. We could walk to downtown from the location, or rent one of their bikes. We also had massages downstairs, and they were so good! The house is pretty and comfortable, and our clean, cute room had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful bed and breakfast. It was everything we wanted and more, and I can’t wait to visit again :)

The three-course breakfast was delicious and so filling we could hardly eat again until dinner. Since it was our anniversary, we enjoyed a glass of wine on the front porch. The grounds are beautiful, and the place is very convenient to downtown. Our hosts also told us what was happening over the weekend and made dinner reservations for us. Gary and Patti were two of the kindest, most caring people we’ve met, and they made our stay delightful. The house is beautiful, and the woodwork alone is worth the trip. We’d highly recommend At Cumberland Falls if you’re visiting Asheville or the area. We’ll definitely be back.

We’ve stayed here six times over the past few years, and it’s our safe haven when life gets too busy. Gary and Patti make each visit personal and special, and I can’t praise them enough. The house is really cozy, and don’t overlook the smaller third-floor rooms, they’re our favorites. You’re close to everything at Cumberland Falls, with downtown, River Arts and even Biltmore Village about 10 minutes away. The breakfasts are always a great experience, with three courses and plenty of tea, coffee and orange juice. If you’re lucky, there may be candied bacon. We’ll definitely return and recommend this place to everyone.
