For an economical rate, this was a nice, clean place with friendly staff. Our king suite was a good size, and the breakfast area was spacious, though I didn’t eat there so I can’t speak to the food. There was a coffee station inside, parking was good, and plenty of food options were close by. It’s about 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and just minutes from the highway. The pillows were really flat, the bathroom could use some updating, and there was litter outside. The walls are thin too, so I heard people talking through the night. Still, if you want a clean, nice place for the money, I’d recommend it and stay again.

The accounting and billing here were terrible. I stayed for two weeks in November while volunteering with an organization building bridges in the area. Both my credit card and the organization’s card were charged for my stay, and then my card was charged for an extra week as well. I never received receipts for any of it. The charges just appeared on my statement. Several emails and phone calls to get this fixed brought no helpful response. This is a serious customer service issue.

Clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were good, and parking was convenient. There are lots and lots of restaurants nearby, and Google Maps takes you right to the entrance. One issue: there were no public restrooms for potential clients waiting in the lobby to meet with me.

We came to Ashville for my soccer tournament, and staying here made things easy. The place is comfortable, the staff are friendly, and breakfast in the morning is really good.

Check-in took the guy at the front desk more than 45 minutes. Breakfast was horrible too: no breakfast meats, no plates, just small bowls, and the bananas were literally rotten. The only healthy options were expired oranges and those rotten bananas.
