The staff were amazing from check-in through check-out, and the holiday decorations made the place feel warm and welcoming for winter travelers. I loved the lobby bar and all the seating choices, whether you're just hanging out or meeting friends. The property is much larger than it first looks, but parking near the front lobby was always easy. There's also a huge lot in back with direct lobby access if the front fills up. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with a fridge and microwave. It's a short drive to downtown shops, restaurants, and activities. This stay made the hotel one of my favorite Courtyards, and I'd come back in a heartbeat.

This is my new favorite Courtyard, and I've stayed in a lot of them. The rooms were spacious and squeaky clean, the bed was amazing, and the bathroom was large with plenty of towels. Highly recommend.

We were exhausted after driving up after work, and our room had been booked for a while. The desk clerk was away for some time before checking several of us in. One elevator was out, so we squeezed in with a bunch of people and headed up, only to find someone already in our room and the place a mess. We went back down and got another room. The sheets had a lot of hair on them, which made me think the bed linens aren't always changed. I'm very particular about hotel cleanliness. The pillow wedges behind the pillows were gross, and the mattress had no covering besides the fitted sheet, which was a red flag for me. Breakfast was expensive, so we went to McDonalds instead. Spending around 12 hours there wasn't the worst, but they need to make sure rooms are ready for the guests they're giving them to.

The room was really large and comfortable, and the hotel felt new and very nice. It's centrally located for all sorts of fun things to do, and the guy who checked us in was friendly and knew the area well. We had a great stay, and I'd come back when I'm in Asheville again.

The hotel was neat, up to date, and very clean, but that was about where the good parts ended. The perfume smell hit as soon as you walked in and made the lobby and eating area unpleasant. I could literally taste it each time I passed through. The front desk staff seemed really unhappy to be there, and the service wasn't there even with a nudge. The rest of the town was amazing, but I was very disappointed with the overall experience.
