We ate dinner at the restaurant all three nights, and the food was great. Shawn was accommodating, made the best drinks, and worked hard bartending, serving, and checking on everyone. We really appreciated his effort. Breakfast wasn't included, but it was available and good while we were there. We stayed over Valentine's weekend and were very pleased. The lobby was cozy and nicely decorated, the front desk staff were friendly, and our room was roomy with a comfortable bed. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn and will stay here again when we return to Asheville.

The White Star Tour group stayed here from December 8-11, and we all enjoyed it. The breakfast was delicious, and the cheerful staff kept the buffet filled and cleared and cleaned tables for the next guests. Our room was warm and really nice, with a view of the nearby mountains, and housekeeping did a great job each morning. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Before we even got off the tour bus, manager Haley welcomed us, explained the breakfast time each morning, and said he would be available to help. Thanks, Haley, for a wonderful stay. We'd gladly come back.

The lobby was super cute and cozy, the gym was very clean, and the front desk staff were really nice. The hotel's restaurant was empty the whole time we were there, which made me wonder how fresh and good the food is. Most guests seemed to go to Waffle House down the driveway. I think offering free breakfast on site would bring in more customers. The hotel itself was very good and clean.

The staff were welcoming and kind, and took the time to suggest places to see and things to do around town. That made the stay feel more personal. When we arrived, the Christmas decorations in the lobby gave the place a warm, cozy feel. Our king room was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay, with everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and well furnished, and the bed was comfortable too.

The people really made this one of the best hotel stays I've had. Everyone was kind and ready to help, and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Haley gave me such a warm welcome when I arrived and was courteous, kind, and eager to help however he could. The roads were great, and both the breakfast and accommodations were great too. One of the best places I've stayed.
