Quality Inn Asheville Downtown Tunnel Road

The breakfast was nice, and the location made it easy to get downtown or reach nearby highways. Front desk service was great, and the rooms were cleaned really well and stocked with towels and other supplies. I’d definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was a bonus for me, even without eggs or meat, and the prices are very competitive with motels and inns of this size. My non-smoking room was spotless, with no cigarette smell or carpet burns, which isn’t always the case in rooms advertised that way. Good job by housekeeping. The only reason I held back a star was the tiny bathroom. I couldn’t sit on the toilet or get into the shower with the door open, lol. Thanks for the hospitality!

I picked this hotel for its location near Biltmore Estate and because it was one of the cheaper options I found. For what I paid, I think it could be better, though the staff were very nice and customer service was good. The room seemed renovated, but it needed some upkeep. The sink was cracked and patched with tape, the shower curtain was dirty and moldy, and some lamps need upgrading. The towels, bed, pillows, and sheets were fine. The outside of the building could use maintenance too. I didn’t feel completely unsafe, but I didn’t feel very safe either. Front parking is limited, though there are lots of other spaces nearby. It’s a little strange because the hotel is in a plaza with other businesses. Breakfast was alright, with fruit, muffins, bagels, waffles you make yourself, juice, coffee, and milk with creamer, but no protein.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the room worked perfectly for us based on the price, location, and reviews. It was spacious and very clean, with a refrigerator and microwave, and there were lots of towels. Breakfast had the usual cereal, waffles, bagels, and so on, plus hard-boiled eggs.
