Residence Inn Asheville Biltmore

The easy mornings were a real pleasure, with fresh hot breakfast and friendly staff downstairs. There were eggs, hash browns, sausage, fruit, yogurt, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, milk alternatives, cream, coffee, and juice. The two-bedroom suite worked really well for our two couples. Each bedroom had its own bath, with a kitchen and living room between them where we could relax and share dinner. The full kitchen came with a full-size fridge, stove, dishwasher, dishes, cups, and cooking utensils. Unfortunately, the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher when we arrived, so we had to run it before using anything. The queen beds were firm and comfortable, as expected at Marriott, and the bathrooms had what we needed. The entrance is shared with a non-Marriott hotel, which made getting in and out from the busy street a little tricky. Once inside, we didn’t hear traffic, and the clean, comfortable room made for a pleasant night’s sleep. I chose this Residence Inn for its room layout, privacy, breakfast, and location near Biltmore at a reasonable price. I’d recommend it for a relaxing evening away with friends.

It’s about a mile from downtown, close to things but still quiet. This smaller hotel felt personal, and the service was terrific. Rebecca helped us with an upgrade, and Sara greeted us at breakfast each morning with a lovely smile. The room was spacious, and there was a fitness studio, a relaxing hot tub and pool, plus a breakfast buffet I loved. This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had, thanks to the intimate feel and full-service comfort. If you’re visiting Asheville, I’d book here.

Our room was spotless. I always wipe the counters and hard floors when I check in, and there wasn’t a speck of dirt anywhere. We also loved the location, close to downtown but tucked back in a wooded area that felt peaceful despite being right in the middle of things. The staff were wonderful, seemed genuinely interested in how our stay was going, and were happy to help. They welcomed us and our two pups. We just got back from a two-night mini-break, and this was the best Residence Inn we’ve stayed at. We’ll definitely return.

We’ve had a great stay, and the staff have been incredible. Our room is in a quiet corner and works perfectly for our family of four. This is going to be our regular Asheville spot for family trips.
