Hampton Inn By Hilton Ashland City

Mrs Lynn was serving breakfast Saturday and was so sweet. She even asked how I liked the smores waffles, which were great. That evening, Brandi was at the desk and made check-out a breeze with her lovely hospitality. The rooms were super clean and the bathroom was stocked. Breakfast was amazing. Best hotel, hands down. Hampton is where it’s at!

The room was comfortable and clean, but breakfast needs work. I’ve stayed at Hampton Inns all over the country and usually enjoy the free breakfast. At this location, they ran out of oatmeal halfway through serving, and the attendant said she wouldn’t make more because it took too long. The other choices were sparse too. I hope this isn’t becoming a chain-wide trend.

I’m in Ashland City (AC) for work often, so I know the town pretty well. There aren’t many hotels here, but that hasn’t stopped this Hampton Inn from being welcoming and helpful. They often go above and beyond for guests, and my room is always clean and set up for what I need. This past weekend, it somehow looked and smelled even fresher than usual. I wish I’d taken pictures, but I got in late and needed to shower and sleep.

The place was great, with very clean rooms and great staff. I was hoping Dakota and the GM, who I think was named Sammy, would become an item. I’m also curious which karaoke bar Sammy goes to, where he dresses in drag and sings. A friend of mine is new to the Ashland area and does the same thing in Nashville, but wants to find somewhere closer.
