Sleep Inn & Suites

I was here for work and will definitely stay again. The staff were so kind, gracious, and helpful that I can’t say enough about them. It’s a beautiful new hotel, with spacious, modern, clean, comfortable rooms and very comfortable beds. The lobby is lovely, with a pretty fish tank. Breakfast is much better than at most hotels: eggs, sausage, pastries, waffles, juice, boiled eggs, yogurt, and fresh fruit.

It was a great stay. The area felt peaceful and safe, and everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hair dryer. The full breakfast was delicious. Thanks to the staff for all their help.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing, but those are the only good things I can say about this new hotel. The neighbors were loud, repeatedly opening and shutting doors, yelling down the hallway, and talking and laughing loudly. It’s 1 a.m. now and they don’t seem to be slowing down. We asked the front desk whether there were quiet hours and were told there weren’t any. I explained that our hallway was so loud we couldn’t sleep, but they said the hotel was booked and we couldn’t move rooms. After traveling all day, we’d just hoped to get some rest before another day on the road. I don’t recommend this hotel because the customer service is lacking.

The new hotel is great for the price, and the room is nice. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well designed. It’s tucked back a bit from the road, so trust your GPS.
