My husband, our dog, and I were here for his work trip, and it turned out to be the best hotel experience I’ve had. They let me check in hours early and check out hours late to fit his schedule. The staff were so nice and accommodating, and Jennifer at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. Everyone had a great attitude and really cared about customer service. The rooms and hotel were clean, and breakfast was amazing. My dog and I walked to the dog park nearby every day. Thank you all for such a wonderful stay.

The bed was cozy and comfortable on a very cold night. We did notice a startling noise from the heater, though. There are lots of Hampton Inns along route 71, and we weren’t sure which to choose. Adam welcomed us and quickly made us feel we’d picked the right one. After a seven-hour drive, his polite, kind, personable hospitality meant a lot. I hope his efforts are recognized. The staff were kind, and breakfast was yummy. There’s a pool and gym, though the pool unfortunately doesn’t have a hot tub. Our room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a large shower and good water pressure. The walkways around the room felt cramped, and no matter how much we adjusted it, the air wouldn’t stay cold through the night. The hotel is by a wonderful town with lots to offer, even if you’re just passing through.

The location is handy for downtown, especially since there’s no restaurant on site. The staff I met were all friendly and helpful, and the free afternoon cookies were a nice touch. My clean room had a fridge and microwave, and the bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was simple but well stocked. Great experience!

We stopped here for one night while heading to cuyahoga valley scenic railroad. The man on duty Friday, April 17 around 6 p.m. made check-in especially easy. I can't remember his name, but he was so accommodating and even offered menus and suggestions. He deserves recognition.
