The staff were awesome and pleasant to talk to. The General Manager even got me a water bottle from a personal stash late at night, since they needed to get more. I was passing through over the weekend because of an issue with my work truck, and everyone made the stay comfortable. The location was convenient for walking to food and shops, with Walmart, Aldi's, and a family market right down the road. Breakfast was quite good, with different options each morning and a little variety in the hot items. I was surprised and appreciated that. The room was comfortable too, though I found some hair in the shower and cleaned it up myself. Honestly, not a huge deal. I heard renovations are planned, and the hotel could use some. They seem to be doing the best they can with what they have. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

The staff were efficient and nice, and the bed and bathroom were clean. The carpet and couch looked ancient and dingy, though. My AC made strange noises and I was hot all night. The hotel could use some updating.

After the travel lodge in Mansfield Ohio, this place felt like a huge relief. The rooms were large and clean, everything worked, and it felt safe, not scary. The pool was out of order, which was a bummer because I’d brought my son’s swimsuit and we couldn’t use it. Aside from that, it was comfortable and nice.

I’ve stayed here before and it was okay, though nothing special. Things went downhill on my last two visits. On the first, I could barely get lukewarm water in the shower. This time, the water shut off twice while I was showering, and my wife’s hair dryer started smoking soon after she turned it on. When I asked about it, they blamed the city water and said the hotel had no holding tanks. My bigger issue was the lack of housekeeping: no towels or other service. They said they were short staffed and skipping some rooms. I’m paying full price, so what exactly am I paying for if there’s no service? They didn’t seem to understand the problem or show the integrity and class to try to fix it. I can stay somewhere else.
