Chateau Dumont 16

Our check-in time passed by several hours before anyone brought a key to the condo. We’d arranged cleaning for the third day, but nobody came, and we were still charged a service fee. We never got that money back. Then our lift tickets went to the wrong location, and they blamed someone else for the mix-up. The manager said we’d get one night refunded on our four-night stay, but that refund was never processed either. Whenever we called the Frias service line for help, the person there blamed somebody else. An employee who tried to help told us that this is how the management company, Frias, deals with customer problems. This was the worst service I’ve had in Aspen. We’ll never stay at another Frias-managed property, and I’d suggest avoiding them too. Aspen has plenty of other great places.
