Condo Ritz Carlton Club Aspen

Getting straight onto the slopes was so easy, with ski-in/ski-out access at the base of Aspen Highlands. Coming back to relax by the fire or enjoy the amenities felt great. The Ritz-Carlton Aspen has a lovely atmosphere, luxurious but still relaxed, and the rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, with beautiful mountain views. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, and everyone we met went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Between the location, comfort, and outstanding service, this is the kind of place that makes an Aspen trip great.

You can ski out from the Ritz Carlton Highlands Aspen, and there’s a bus every 30 minutes to the other Aspen ski locations. The condos and apartments are well decorated and furnished. Definitely a five-star lodge.

The rooms are roomy and extremely comfortable, and the staff are kind and professional, which made our stay pleasant. The Ritz-Carlton, Highlands has more to improve in Food & Beverage. Its only restaurant is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. On Wednesday, we tried room service at 8:50 pm, but the kitchen closed at 9 pm and we couldn’t get dinner. On Thursday, we ordered at 8:40 pm, then called an hour later to check and learned the order had never been placed, so again we missed dinner. On Friday, we went to the restaurant for breakfast. Uros wasn’t very friendly. When we asked for a cup to take coffee to go, he said there weren’t any. We also asked for sugar, and he just pointed to where it was so my son could get it himself instead of bringing it to the table. These are areas to improve; the rest of the services and facilities are in line with what you’d expect from a Ritz-Carlton.

The kids loved the pool, and the mountain setting around it was beautiful. Ester looked after us so well, and Faith put together a great experience with fun activities for guests, owners, and the kids. There were thoughtful little touches all around. Our room was comfortable, with a full kitchen that had what we needed to cook and make drinks, and housekeeping was excellent. Ryan, Noah, Nolan, and the whole bell and valet crew deserve a shoutout too. From arrival on, everyone greeted us with a smile and such positive energy. We can't say enough about the service, facilities, and stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back soon.
