Mollie Aspen

The Mollie team made our first Aspen trip unforgettable, especially with all the thoughtful touches for my mom’s birthday. They picked us up at the airport, left a treat and personal note in the room, brought cookies each night, then surprised my mom with balloons and a gift on her birthday. We hadn’t expected any of it. The staff really go above and beyond, and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else next time. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and conveniently close to great spots on foot. The Snowmass bus stop is right across the street. Everyone was wonderful: Carolina at reception, Pietro from the restaurant, Sebastian and Jason at breakfast, Ellie, Allan, Ben, and Maria José at reception, plus Benji and Manoj from the bell team. I didn’t catch the housekeepers’ names, but they were phenomenal, too. Thanks to the whole Mollie team. See you on our next Aspen visit!

Henry, Guido, Ricardo, Jason, and Benji were all awesome, and the staff made everything easy. They offer complimentary rides anywhere in Aspen, which was super convenient. The room was nicely appointed, with the humidifier already running, and turn-down service included fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies. Breakfast was great, and the cacao ceremony is really cool. Don’t miss it.

Mollie Aspen was comfortable, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a warm feel. The location is excellent, and every staff member was kind, thoughtful, attentive, and welcoming throughout. The coffee shop had excellent coffee, and we enjoyed the food at both the café and restaurant. We had a lovely stay and would absolutely come back and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

For a local who knows Aspen inside out, it’s rare to feel like a guest in your own town, but The Mollie made that happen. I came in wanting to properly switch off, and from the start the stay felt like a warm embrace. The room was stunning, cozy, and beautifully appointed, the kind of bed you don’t want to leave. And honestly, I barely did. Lazy mornings, face masks, and room service that was thoughtful, prompt, and felt personal rather than transactional made me feel completely pampered. It’s a luxurious staycation, a real escape wrapped in style and comfort. I’ll absolutely be back, and I’m grateful to the whole team for making it memorable.
