I keep coming back year after year, and I can't see myself booking anywhere else. North of Nell sits right at the gondola, less than a block away. Ruby Park shuttles are just over the street for trips to Aspen's other three mountains, including my favorite, Snowmass. Belly Up is across the street too. There's free underground parking, though nearly everything is a few blocks away and I rarely need a car. The property feels very deluxe, the staff are awesome, and they clean daily.

It was so quiet and peaceful, even though everything is within walking distance. The condos are spacious, and you can look out from the terrace over town or Aspen Mtn. The location by Aspen Mtn is hard to beat.

We were right in town for evenings and close to the mountain base during the day, which worked great for me, my wife, and our three kids last spring. We'll come back.

The view, location, and people were all great. Our first night, the place hadn't been cleaned or prepared. The owners site came over and cleaned the whole place for us, staying until nearly 1 am.

Being right at the base of Aspen Mt. is a great location. Just be aware there’s no pool, jacuzzi, or BBQ.
