Eden Roc Miami Beach

The spa was incredible, and even the day pass alone is worth it. We also loved the modern rooms, art deco decor, cool lobby, three large pools, and great beach setup. The location is hard to beat. Max, the bellboy, was especially attentive and understood what we needed for Shabbat, helping us above and beyond. My husband, whose reservation was under Landsburg, and I had a great time at Eden Roc. The front desk, though, was terrible. The staff seemed to have no personality or basic sense of hospitality, and check-in took a long time. We waited more than two hours for a fridge to be brought up while our food sat out. For a four-star hotel in the heart of Miami Beach, that was really disappointing.

We had a nice stay, and the view from our room was incredible. Sheldon at the front desk made it much better. He was patient and kind, and when we moved from Eden Rock to Nobu, he waited while I worked with Amex to make it happen. Nobu is lovely, and Eden Rock is cool too. We’d go back for Sheldon and the rest of the staff.

Our company held its offsite here from 1/4-1/9/26, and it was a fantastic Miami Beach choice. The accommodations were superb, the staff friendly, and the food and drinks were all top-notch. We loved the pools and hot tubs too. Already looking forward to next year!

The calm, beautiful feel of the rooms and shared spaces made Eden Roc my favorite Miami Beach hotel. Check-in was easy, and the experienced staff were kind and welcoming. Christopher at the front desk was especially kind, professional, and helpful. Larry helped with our luggage and even showed me the UPS downstairs. We loved the food and drinks at the lobby bar and Nobu coffee shop, and the spa and hair salon were wonderful. Eiliannas did a fast, expert color and cut, while David made the salon feel warm and inviting. Soinese brought an extra coffee pod right away, and thanks to her our room was spotless and had a stunning ocean view. I can’t wait to return.
