The car break-ins in the uncovered lot have gotten worse. Three months later, there were half a dozen or more, with no security, cameras, or prevention work with the Midtown alliance or APD. Management sent what looked like a blatantly AI-generated email saying they weren't responsible. It's the laziest property management I've dealt with. Getting hold of the leasing office is nearly impossible. My application took months because they lost it or had problems with it, and once you need help with something, they never answer the phone. I got a new car and had trouble getting a new tag online. I called during business hours every day for a week and heard nothing. I left a note with my parking permit number on the front window, but 6 days after getting the car and first calling the office, it was booted. One leasing office off Ponce covers 5 different apartment complexes. The cheaper rent isn't worth it. Avoid this place.

I live at 878 Peachtree St, next to this property at 900 Peachtree St. A unit there has a window facing our unit, and its lights stay on day and night, shining into our window and disrupting our sleep. Why leave the lights on when nobody is there and waste energy? I contacted the Virginia Highland office that oversees the building. They responded slowly and said they'd asked the owner to turn the lights off, but a week later nothing had changed. I've left several messages and haven't gotten a call back. Nobody answers the phone, and management never seems available. The building is old and dirty. The parking gate is often left open, so homeless people wander in and non-residents use it for free parking. The old AC units on the roof rattle loudly. Management doesn't seem to do any work. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I moved here a little over a month ago, and the location is amazing. My apartment is huge, too. I used to work in property management, and this team really is incredible. Andrew was great throughout the move, and Krishna was so sweet when I lost my parking pass right away. The maintenance crew is on fire, though people don't give maintenance enough credit for how much they do for residents and the community. This past weekend, just as I was leaving for a wedding, my ceiling started leaking quite a bit. That can happen in buildings. I called the office and spoke to someone off-site, and when I got back from the wedding, it was like the leak had never happened. I'm not sure which crew member came by, but thank you so much for getting there on a Saturday, saving my things, and cleaning everything up. 900 Peachtree Lofts for the win!

The new staff are really responsive, and this is one of the more affordable Midtown options. The complex feels safe and trendy, with lots of character in the apartments, including big wood floors, plenty of light, and exposed brick. You also can't beat the location, close to Piedmont Park, MARTA, and Tech. I love this place!
