We felt right at home, even though we were hours away. The front desk woman was always so nice and helpful, and the big rooms and balcony view made the stay even better. The location is perfect for all kinds of travel, and my vehicle was safe in their locked private parking garage. We stayed two nights and will definitely be back. It was the best stay we've had in a hotel!

For my daughter's 12th birthday, I booked a suite at the Marriott Midtown, and we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious and much nicer in person than I'd expected from the online photos, which made them look a little outdated. I'd read comments about the bathrooms, but they were fine, clean, and comfortable. The pull out couch was a bit rough to sleep on, though that was expected. When we arrived, the TV remote didn't work. I messaged the front desk and it was fixed within 10 minutes. Extra pillows and a mattress topper for the couch arrived right away when we asked too. The service was excellent, the room was great, and we really enjoyed the visit. I'd stay again and recommend it to others.

I stayed in September 2025, and Nyla K at reception was lovely. She made me laugh and was really efficient. I accidentally took her adapter and completely forgot to leave a review until now. Thanks, Nyla, if you're still out there. Great trip.

The building is old, but it's maintained, and everything worked. The location is good, close to midtown and restaurants. Service was basic. A pair of slippers in the room would've been nice.
