Dulce Tamara and Demetre were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. The hotel itself was spotless, well cared for, and welcoming, and my room was especially clean and comfortable. I had a great stay and would happily return. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality.

The rooms were clean, and it was a convenient, inexpensive stop for the night before heading to my next destination. It's not too far from the airport. Even though it was very late, the little restaurant was still open. The food was surprisingly okay, though the smell in there wasn't pleasant. My only real issue was that the shower's hot water was cold. Since I wasn't staying for several days, I didn't mind too much.

We booked at the last minute for a quick overnight stay, and the room was okay. The service was unlike any hotel customer service I've had. At check-in, the staff were curt and unfriendly. The next morning, the desk woman ignored me when I asked a question, and the person setting up breakfast was snippy. The front desk person was rude again at checkout. We stayed polite and left without a scene. I'm writing this so the company knows how its employees treated us.

The clean rooms, tasty restaurant food, lovely staff, and convenient laundry facility all made for a good stay. I especially want to thank Tamara: I was dealing with a serious family health crisis and had accidentally booked the wrong dates. She got me booked at the front desk and worked on getting a refund for my original nonrefundable reservation. She was gracious, courteous, and went out of her way to help when I really needed it. 10/10 recommend.
