Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta-Buckhead

I keep coming back to see Kat, the bartender. She’s friendly, top notch, and my favorite part of staying here. I’ve been at this hotel several times over the past 5-6 years. The rooms are nice and clean, and the customer service is great.

Breakfast was a real plus. The potatoes were delicious, you can make your own waffle, and someone will prepare omelettes. The staff were super accommodating. The valet team also always had our car ready and available. A few things weren’t quite right in the room: there was no refrigerator, and staff had to search for several irons. The tub didn’t feel clean when I arrived. I asked someone to clean it again, but still didn’t feel it was sufficiently clean. Otherwise, the room was clean and the service was nice, so I’m not complaining and might stay again. We arrived late, and the person meant to be at the front desk wasn’t there. She said we could have come and got her instead of calling, but with nobody at the desk, we wouldn’t have thought to do that.

Chenel and Michelle made my stay wonderful. At check-in they greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel at home. They were patient and professional, and went out of their way to make the process smooth and stress-free. They were always around to answer questions and make sure I had what I needed. It’s rare to meet staff who seem to truly care about guests. Their kindness and professionalism made a real difference, and I felt I was in good hands throughout.

We had several rooms for a sporting event, and they were all just right for us. Shamyia and Chenel were helpful at the desk, we were greeted promptly, and they let us check in early. The rooms were clean and the showers were hot. There’s no pool, but restaurants and bars are nearby. The hotel has a bar, though it wasn’t open for long. All in all, it worked well for a quiet night in the city.
