My Atlanta trip came together at the last minute, and flight delays meant I didn’t get in until the next morning. I was worried they’d cancel my reservation, but the staff were ready for me and very accommodating. Their friendly service and attention helped my meetings go smoothly. I’m planning to make this my first choice in Atlanta.

The whole staff was amazing when I arrived. Miss V greeted me so warmly, offered her hand for a handshake, and looked so professional and put together. I told her she deserved a hug and a smile instead. I later found out she’s the general manager, and it’s easy to see why the team is so great. She’d be a 20 out of 10 teaching customer service to managers. I met D'eondra at the front desk and found out she’s the housekeeping supervisor. I love the teamwork here. Everything I asked for came through, and D'eondra even brought it to me herself. Her customer service is also a 20 out of 10. Breanna checked me in and was professional, informative, knowledgeable, accommodating, and so polite. You can tell she likes her job and is good at it. She gets a 20 too. Before I arrived, I spoke with Ms. Dinah, who went above and beyond to make sure my reservation had reached the property. When I called again with lots of questions, she never sounded irritated, just willing to help. I met her later and she was very sweet, professional, and ready to assist. Nothing felt like a bother. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I feel so comfortable here I don’t want to leave. I’ll never choose another place when I come to Atlanta. Everyone is amazing, and this location should be the face of the company. Ms. Dee kept me well fed each morning and even showed me how to warm up my cold boiled eggs. She was happy to get anything I was missing at breakfast. I’m not sure if she’s already a kitchen manager, but she should be. My customer service experience was everything I could have hoped for. Ms. Dee gets a 20 out of 10 too. I’m one satisfied customer.

We spent four days here over Christmas 2025. There are lots of places to eat nearby, and our room had plenty of space for our family of five and all our luggage. We used the kitchenette throughout the stay. When the breakfast area gets busy, it feels cramped and hectic, and on our second morning they’d run out of a lot of things. Those were my main complaints, along with the desk clerk being away for about 30 minutes when I needed extra pillows and blankets after checking in. Aside from that, it’s a solid place to stay.

There were lots of repair and cleanliness problems around the hotel, and they use far too much room spray everywhere. It’s listed as an extended stay, but the only cooking appliance in the room is a microwave. Breakfast is a make-your-own sandwich each day with some other items, which could be fine, except they ran out of eggs just 20 minutes into breakfast on the first morning. The woman working breakfast was very nice, but there’s only so much she can do when management doesn’t provide what’s needed. I’d pass on this location.
