Associate B went out of their way to make my visit a great one, and the rooms were impeccably clean and well maintained. Every department I dealt with, from valet and the front desk to bellhops, restaurant staff, and management, was professional, attentive, and kind. I felt like the most important guest in the hotel. The level of care reminded me of Disney or a Viking Cruise. I enjoyed the stay enough that I’ve already booked their New York City property for later this year. This will be my hotel whenever I visit Atlanta. Kudos to the leadership for building a caring culture that shows in the employees’ work and hospitality.

The location is ideal for events at State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, or the convention center. The rooms are spacious, functional, and high end, with a local feel. The gym is modern and roomy, and the hotel restaurant had a great selection and excellent food. Staff were friendly and professional, and made me feel like royalty. Hotel Phoenix felt first class, one of the best places I’ve stayed. It’s brand new, classy and modern, with old-fashioned touches. I only wish the rooftop bar had been open, though the weather wasn’t great, and the lobby bar stayed open later than 10pm. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Peter, Erica, Christian, and Johnatan were patient, kind, professional, and incredibly helpful when I was dealing with a stressful situation. Their support really stood out, and you can tell the team cares about guests. I also loved my time at Hotel Phoenix Atlanta’s rooftop bar, Bless Your Heart. Great vibe, excellent service, and delicious food. I especially recommend the smash burger. Great food, people, and service from start to finish. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area. Five stars all the way.

The staff were polite and professional, and everything looked new and well cared for. I stayed one night for the Asap rocky concert. The pool was great, though I wish it were a little deeper, and the gym was incredible. Definitely recommend staying.

Everyone we met, from the valets to the front desk and bar tenders, was kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. We kept talking about how nice people were throughout Atlanta, not just at the hotel. It was a wonderful experience. The room was immaculate and beautiful. It was on the smaller side, but felt more open and functional than most hotel rooms. The shower was pristine, and the product amenities smelled amazing and were excellent quality. There were complementary ear plugs and a white noise setting on the nightstand. Three large mirrors in the room plus a make-up mirror at the desk meant two people could get ready at once. Thank you.
