The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable for a short work trip, and the bathroom had a good shower and plenty of room to get ready. The meeting space worked fine, and I liked the drinks and snacks. The main concern was the student group staying there. They were very noisy, with little apparent oversight, and I lost sleep on the last night of a demanding conference. Check before booking whether a large student group is expected if a quiet night matters to you. Food was uneven. Dinner choices at the restaurant were limited, and the prices felt moderate to high for what you got. Conference lunch was basic, with salad, fish, chicken, beef, and a small dessert. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Parking cost $60 per night. I stayed three nights for a business conference. The rooms and meeting facilities were solid, but the noise made the stay difficult.

For a downtown Atlanta conference, this was a solid business stay. The building has a modern layout and nice views, and the location made getting to the conference convenient. It isn't right in the middle of everything, but getting an Uber or shuttle was easy. The room was clean, housekeeping did a good job, and the water pressure was decent. The elevators moved quickly, which was useful during the morning rush. Staff were professional, though not especially friendly.

Being able to walk to GA AQ, Coca Cola, ATL kids museum, and lots of other places was a real plus. We stayed at HR Atlanta in October for fall break, visiting from Texas with our two children and au pair, three adults and two kids. Our connecting suite was clean, spacious, and relaxing. We also loved the rooftop beehive and having fresh honey each morning. At Polaris, we enjoyed the sunset view, and the kids loved the sea bass and steak. The non-alcoholic drinks made them feel fancy. The Hyatt hospitality showed from the valet team to the front desk, and the front desk staff were superb. We'd definitely return.

We paid $800 for two days while traveling with my family for a competition, expecting somewhere comfortable and cozy. Instead, people in the room next door kept a party going all night. There were at least 10 of them, and the music was louder than a nightclub. At 12:37 a.m. it was still going. We contacted hotel staff, but all they did was say they'd look into it. Security wasn't doing anything.

The room in the international wing was a decent size, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The room was clean, and the hotel is big, beautiful, and has a lovely smell in the common areas. The shower was the exception: it clearly hadn't been cleaned and had hair all through it. We arrived late and had dinner plans, so didn't discover that until we got back around 1 a.m. The staff were pleasant throughout, and valet made it easy to pull up, unload, and hand over the car. Drinks at the bar were good, and the bar staff were friendly and welcoming. Still, the shower cleanliness leaves me unsure I'd stay again.
