For a quick trip downtown, Motel 6 Atlanta, GA - Downtown was a practical fit. I could get to restaurants, a few shops, and some main attractions without driving much. The room was simple, but clean and had the essentials for a short stay. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff I met were friendly and helpful. It's no-frills, not fancy, but the price and location worked well for a place to rest while exploring the city.

Eden at the front desk made my stay at Motel 6 in downtown Atlanta much more pleasant than I expected. Check-in was quick and easy, and Eden was patient with my questions. From the moment I arrived, Eden was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The customer service stood out. Eden treated me with respect and made sure I had what I needed to be comfortable. You don't meet someone every day who clearly cares about helping guests feel welcome. Motel 6 is lucky to have Eden representing them, and I'd stay here again. Thank you, Eden ❤️

The place felt like a prison, and it was really loud all night. After getting to the room, I looked for the fire plan and couldn't find one. The first-floor fire door was locked. If you're bringing a dog, there's nowhere to walk them because the patio area is locked. The staff were rude and wouldn't help. You have to check in at a kiosk, scanning your card three or four times so they can get as much money out of you as possible. This was the worst Motel 6 I've ever stayed at. Best of luck if you book here.

I asked the front desk twice for better cleaning, but the message clearly didn't get passed along. Even after two 'cleans,' the floors were still filthy. I pressed a clean towel against the floor right after the second one, and it came away looking like this. The cleaning staff seem not to know how to use a mop and bucket. You can't just spread cleaning fluid around; you need to use water and then dispose of it.
