The place is convenient, clean, and the staff are accommodating. The big issue is the noise from upstairs. I’m lucky to have an understanding neighbor, and talking with them has worked for a lot of residents, but if yours doesn’t care, it can make you miserable. You hear every single step, amplified by the high ceilings. Cabinets and light fixtures shaking from ordinary walking isn’t an exaggeration. When upstairs residents have friends over, it can sound like a football team for hours, and my dog sometimes hides. The leasing office’s advice when you ask for help is to “record it,” lol. Lately the complex has felt pretty full of fraternity and sorority types. If noise bothers you, consider this a warning: don’t lease here.

I’ve generally liked living here over nearly four years, but the fire alarm has been going off for long stretches at all hours of the night in recent weeks. The leasing office has barely explained what’s happening and doesn’t seem in a hurry to fix it. I’m very dissatisfied as a resident. I hope the team resolves this, or we’ll look for somewhere else to live.

The biggest headache so far has been Amazon delivery to this location. Getting those packages is absolutely the worst. Still, units get rented quickly, so don’t wait too long to apply. I’ll update after we get through winter. I’ve been here a few months and am really pleased. The modernized units are clean, and Mario and Princess feel like family now. They’re compassionate and have taken care of what we need. We’ve had the usual community issues, but they’ve all been addressed, and maintenance is friendly and prompt. There are safe places to swim, play with kids, walk your dog, and socialize. I’ve lived in three apartments in this area, and I don’t think you’ll find another on this road that’s as affordable and distinctive.

The dog park and gym are both amazing, and the grounds and amenities are always kept up. The neighbors and staff are wonderful, the location is perfect, and this is the best apartment I’ve lived in. Great price and design, too.
