Stay Alfred at Lilli Midtown

I haven’t lived here, but after seeing the apartment and meeting Sophie, I can tell these apartments are probably worth the price. She was patient, helpful, and showed us a spotless unit. The residents seemed professional too. Good property management matters every day: spills in elevators, clean trash chutes, packages arriving, maintenance requests, garage gates getting fixed, and exterior windows being washed so grime doesn’t block the view. From what I saw, Sophie and the building seem to be in good hands. We chose another community to save on rent, and regret it. If you can afford this place, don’t make our mistake. This is an unsolicited review I wanted to share.

Jacob gave me a great tour of Lilli, shared plenty of details, and answered all my questions. The units he showed me were clean and well kept. I can’t wait to apply!

I’ve lived here for a year, and the place hasn’t matched the “luxury” living we were promised on the tour. The heated pool was a major reason I signed, but it was unavailable and unusable for my entire lease. Rooftop A/C and other advertised features were also unreliable or poorly maintained. These amenities mattered to my decision, and it’s frustrating they weren’t kept up or made a priority. Many of the glowing online reviews seem to come from people who only toured, rather than residents. After moving in, the reality feels different. The focus seems to be on making the sale instead of delivering the service and quality promised. If you’re considering leasing, ask direct questions about which amenities work and how long they’ve been working. My experience fell far short of the marketing. For what it costs, the value doesn’t add up. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere, especially if you’re already paying luxury prices. There are better managed communities nearby that are more transparent and consistent about what they offer.

Sophie showed me both a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all my questions. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and seemed genuinely passionate about the community. The tour felt personal and easy. When I first arrived at The Lili Apartments in Midtown Atlanta, Ms. Rhonda welcomed me warmly and set a great tone with her professionalism and attention to detail. Between them, Ms. Rhonda and Sophie did a wonderful job showing the building and the care and service that come with the community. They made an excellent first impression and reflected well on The Lili Apartments. Anyone thinking of making it their next home would be in good hands. I toured today, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.
