Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder

I've stayed here several times since last year and have always been pleased. Boulder is beautiful, and the location is great. My one room quibble is that they usually leave just one regular coffee, though they're always willing to bring more when I ask. The breakfast is wonderful, as are the people working it. Temple, who runs the bar in the evenings, is delightful. She's attentive, always on the move, getting dinners and drinks out and clearing empty tables quickly.

The happy hour for guests is a real perk, with two complimentary drinks and snacks. Tabby was a great bartender and gave us lots of good tips on places to eat and drink around town. Breakfast is free too, with plenty of choices and an egg station where they make it to order. The hotel is close to downtown, with nice, clean rooms and super comfortable beds. Everyone we met, from the front desk to the other staff, was very friendly. We'll be back!

Temple handled happy hour so smoothly while we enjoyed dinner. She really impressed me with her skills. Keith and Kaleb also made having cocktails and buffet breakfast at the bar such a pleasant experience. And the cheese steak sandwich is phenomenal. I'm officially addicted, so compliments to the chef! I stayed here both last weekend and this one, and Braxton and Jake welcomed me right away, recognized me during my stay, and helped with any special needs. Cynthia took great care of my room and told me to call on her if I needed anything else. They all went above and beyond and never hesitated to help. All your employees made the experience awesome, but these people especially are what make your Boulder hotels stand out. They're a winning team, and their personal touches are why I'll keep coming back. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. We spent a few days here between Christmas and New Year's, and loved the breakfast. The man making omelettes to order was fantastic, as were Temple, Keith, and Owen at the Evening Receptions. The room was clean, and housekeeping was friendly and quick to bring extra towels. The guys at the front desk were helpful and very friendly when we checked in. Thanks to all of you!
