We arrived to a dirty, dusty unit, and the ceiling paint was peeling where my son was supposed to sleep, so he had to use the couch. There was black mold around the sink, which was caved into the island, and every bath mat and rug was stained. I called VRBO within minutes, but they kept me on hold for two hours and did nothing. I later found a cleaner, nicer unit in the same complex for half the weekly price, but it was already booked. The online last photo didn't look like the place at all. The owner had locked the AC at 69, saying it was to stop people abusing it. I don't think setting it to 68 is abuse, but it was too hot to sleep. The fan was too dusty to use. They'd left only half a roll of toilet paper and watered-down kitchen soap. The TV had sound but no picture, and the washing machine only worked on rinse, so nothing could be fully washed. I have videos and pictures of those problems and more. There were also signs animals had been there, and I'm allergic to fur and dust. My son has allergies too and got sick. I was offended by the decor, including marijuana coasters. It felt very trashy. I've used VRBO before, but I won't rent a property through them again.

They charged us an extra 500 for cleaning, claiming there had been a dog in the condo, but we didn't bring one and they couldn't show proof that one was there. We have dogs at home, and some hair from our blankets may have fallen on the floor. There wasn't any toilet paper when we arrived, so we bought our own, and the heat didn't work, leaving us cold the whole stay. The condo was disgusting. I washed everything as soon as I got home. I wouldn't come back. They seem like liars and thieves. 0/10 would recommend.

Construction was going on at the building where my family and I stayed, even though we'd been told it would only affect the parking spaces and lot. At check-in we also got the wrong security code for the key, and the Wi-Fi wasn't working, which meant the air wasn't working either. We had to pay for parking for the week because of the construction. It was loud and nonstop, left our cars dirty, and made the air inside our condo dusty. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

I was visiting as a friend's guest. The building is near the pool, and it's a great spot: shaded parking, a pool, and a locker. The beach is only 3-4 minutes away. Beautiful location.

The pool was open one night, then closed the next day without any notice or sign. The fridge wouldn't shut properly, and most of the light switches didn't work.
