Kathryn made breakfast delicious and the conversation was just as lovely. The hosts were warm and happy to share the house’s history, stories, and local suggestions. My husband and I have tried plenty of bed and breakfasts, but Sugar Magnolia in Atlanta might be our favorite. It’s full of antiques and still very comfortable, with a charming, spotless feel. We’re already looking forward to another visit.

It’s so easy to explore from here, with the BeltLine and lots of good places nearby within an easy walk. Our room was cozy, charming, and decorated with care, and the host was warm, attentive, and had plenty of helpful suggestions. We absolutely loved staying at Sugar Magnolia and would happily come back or recommend it to other visitors.

A wonderful breakfast was waiting each morning, and the hosts were lovely. My wife and I had a relaxing vacation in this historic home in the middle of old Atlanta. It’s convenient for getting around, yet far enough from downtown’s crowds to feel peaceful. What a great find.

Kathryn was a delight and checked that we were comfortable. We were in town for a concert at The Eastern, about a mile away, and found the place surprisingly clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The visit felt magical, even though it was short. We slept in and missed breakfast, so we’ll make sure to try it next time. We’ll be back when we’re in Atlanta.

Breakfast was homemade and delicious, and the neighborhood was peaceful while still being close to shops and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and made sure I had what I needed. I loved the character of the house, and my room felt warm and cozy. It really felt like a home away from home.
