Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is just a short walk away, and I didn’t see any bugs or get bitten. The bed sheets were clean enough, which surprised me, but the bathroom was quite dirty. I was glad I only stayed one night. The neighborhood felt sketchy and unsafe, so I wouldn’t recommend this motel to a woman traveling alone. The door lock didn’t make me feel secure either. I heard sirens a few times after midnight. The street seemed busy, and there was a loud car crash outside my window. Thank God, the driver looked okay. I would have stayed at Hard Rock Hotel, but it was sold out. Wherever you stay, at this motel or somewhere else, enjoy your trip!

A man who seemed to be on drugs kept pacing back and forth in front of all the rooms, making everyone uneasy. The front desk man was very nice and helpful, but the rooms felt unsafe.

I was in Atlantic City on 9/27/2025 for a show at the showboat hotel and rented a room at the Atlantic motor Lodge hotel. The check-in person’s customer service was very unprofessional, and the representative treated us like criminals. I’ll add pictures of the room we stayed in. It was all mold, and you can get sick from that, so I suggest you don’t choose this hotel. I was told I had to pay a deposit and parking. This was my experience, and we need to stop being taken advantage of when we don’t know what’s going on. Ms E

I spent the night wondering whether to sleep or keep watch. The door barely locked, and cold air came in through the windows. The Atlantic Motor Inn near the boardwalk had peeling paint and smelled like an ashtray from the ’80s. When I asked for housekeeping, they handed me a half-empty bottle of Febreze, as if that would take care of decades of cigarette smell.
