The location was okay, but service wasn’t very good. Our room had no towels or toilet paper.

I only stay at this resort because I’m a Blue Green owner. The sauna and hot tub have been broken for two years, and there’s always some issue when I try to get my luggage out of the car. The front desk staff and the men at the parking garage provide horrible customer service. I pay a lot in maintenance fees, and this is the worst of all the Blue Green Resorts. They should be ashamed.

The studio had plenty of room for two and a fabulous view. It was well equipped, though it could use updating and a thorough cleaning and refresh. The location is awesome, with both casinos, the boardwalk, and the beach right outside. I’m a Bluegreen owner and have been trying out all the resorts available to me.

The bell boys were very nice, and the location was quite great. The beds looked clean, too. But the room was super tired, with an old piece of nasty duct tape on the couch marked “warehouse.” At check-in, we stood right in front of the desk and nobody even offered help. Someone told us to check that the room was okay before calling for our bags. It wasn’t an amazing deal, and the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. We’d never go back.

The view was great, the service was good, and Oceans resort and casino was just a short walk away for fun. Still, the building felt run down and in need of an upgrade, and the quality was poor compared with other Bluegreen resorts. We were disappointed.
