The view from the 22nd floor was incredible, and everything was clean and working, including the kitchen appliances. Things were a bit dated, but manageable for the price. The elevator waits were wild: about 25 minutes on checkout day and at least five minutes every other time. The hot tub water had so much chlorine or something that our eyes burned for at least an hour. After that, we didn't use the swimming pool.

The room on the 25th floor was clean, smelled nice, and everything worked. There was some wear on the carpet and a wall, but it didn't stand out much. The balcony was lovely, though its rail needs tightening. The pool was a hit with the kids, while the adults had their own area and hot tub. R&B was playing, which made it feel nice, although I wished the music were louder. The elevators, hallways, and rest of the building were clean too. We arrived Monday around noon and had to wait for our room. Omar the Great and the light skin lady beside him welcomed us, kept us updated, and had a good sense of humor while helping guests. When we returned from the showboat around 3, they were still helping a long line get settled and making sure people were happy. The kids and I had a wonderful time at the flagship. Now we understand why Club Boardwalk Resorts locations, especially flagship, are known as “your home away from home.” We'll definitely be back. Thank you.
The view was beautiful, the employees were cool, and the food at the 7th-floor restaurant was DELICIOUS. My room, though, was so dated that my house feels more luxurious. The halls and room looked like they needed TLC, so I skipped the pool and sundeck and spent most of my time around the casinos and bars at Ocean Resort. Flagship has potential, but it needs care. I noticed straw and candy wrappers in the elevators, chipped walls and doors, and a room that wasn't ready on time. If I managed the place, I'd get those repair tickets in right away. It doesn't look like it belongs in Atlantic City. In my hood, though, it'd definitely be five stars.
My family and I loved our stay. Naeveah was especially friendly and helpful. She answered my questions by phone before the visit, then helped us again when we arrived. The pool and hot tubs were great too.
Finding a reasonable time to book has been an absolute nightmare, and we have barely been able to use this timeshare. We bought in 2019, then got pressured into upgrading to points, after which things only got worse. We tried several times to use what we pay for, but booking has felt impossible. Now we've stopped trying altogether, while the debt keeps growing, already $8,000 and counting. It has been a complete waste of money and a huge source of stress. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Boardwalk/FantaSea Resorts.
