Holiday Inn Express Suites Atmore North

We stay at this chain often, so this one left us super bummed. The bed wasn't hard, breakfast was fine, and the staff were nice. But the AC was loud, and its fan clicked on and off all night with no setting to keep it on or off. There were no in-room amenities at all, not even a coffee maker or complimentary face wipes. We didn't realize there was coffee in the lobby, and with sleep interrupted, getting ready without coffee or time to go down for it wasn't fun, lol.

The setting was calm and quiet, and getting to nearby areas was easy. My room was comfortable and well maintained, so it was easy to relax. The staff at Holiday Inn Express Atmore North were welcoming, polite, and very helpful throughout my visit. It was a pleasant, smooth stay.

The shampoo and conditioner need to be moved to the side or in front, closer to the shower head. On the third floor, I can't get into the bathtub, and to sit on the shower chair I have to sit sideways. They need more showers that work for people with disabilities.

I woke up to bedbugs after staying here on October 1st. The woman at the front desk didn't help or apologize, and gave me the wrong number for the manager. I eventually got hold of a manager and sent videos of the bugs, but haven't had a response. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
