The rooms have a sofa and office space separate from the bedroom, which is nice, and they come with the usual amenities. It's a fairly basic hotel, but I have no complaints. I've stayed twice, and the rooms were different sizes: the first was huge, the second much smaller. The ones by the elevators seem smaller. Hope this helps.

We spent a week here and had a good stay. It's surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Our room and bathroom were clean, efficient, and big enough for two to relax in. The AC kept things cold, the fridge was just the right size, and the microwave came in handy for nights in. If you can't go far, bring your own coffee and milk. They only serve coffee at breakfast, though sugar is available downstairs.

The room had a sink outside the bathroom, no microwave, and dirty sheets with hair. The second room had a smaller couch, and nobody came when I asked for housekeeping. I had to get clean bedding myself after being told they were short staffed. They offered free drinks and snacks, but the whole thing caused us a lot of anxiety. We complained to upper management the next day and heard nothing. Staff said the GM was on vacation. We had booked a double room for three nights over Labor Day weekend as a small getaway. At check-in, the desk man was courteous but struggled with the new computer system and called the manager. She fixed it without saying much and left. He then tried to charge us again even though we'd paid in advance. Showing the receipt didn't resolve it right away, so he called the manager again. She seemed very agitated, got us checked in, and walked off. Then he and the manager had a heated argument, after which he apologized and gave us keys. Once we'd settled into a spacious room that looked clean, he came to our door and said we had to move for maintenance. I was fed up and wanted to cancel. I wanted a latte that evening because they advertised Starbucks at the bar, but I never saw anyone order food or drinks, and there was no bartender or cook around. They said the coffee machine was broken. The breakfast area was still messy with trash from earlier, which was nasty. I couldn't find a dining room menu, and nobody answered when I called. At the lobby, the same man said the phone wasn't working. When they found a menu, I was told the delivery truck hadn't arrived and all they had was pretzels. The hotel advertises things it doesn't provide. Nothing works, the accommodations were awful, and I'll never stay again.

We got checked in quickly, and the front desk was very friendly. The living area was packed and noisy, though. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had good choices and flavor, but everything was served cold. There are no room microwaves, so heating it up wasn't an option. I usually wouldn't complain about that, if the food hadn't been cold.
