Both rooms had stains all over the carpet and gnats in the sink area outside the shower. The doors to each room looked like they had been kicked in and patched up with something like Elmer's glue. Neither room had the advertised hairdryer or microwave, and there was no breakfast. The vending machines listed online were all out of order. In the first room the tub was half full because the drain was clogged, and there was no toilet paper. When I called the front office, they moved us and said they don't provide toilet paper. The second room's drain was clogged too, which I only discovered when I showered the next morning. At least there was toilet paper in there, and later we saw toilet paper on the housekeeping cart, so did the front desk person lie? The front office staff were hard to understand because of their accents and limited English. This was one of the worst places I've stayed. Avoid it.

We were only in town for a game and stayed in the room a few hours, so we put up with it, but I wanted to warn others. The place was disgusting, and the room smelled musty with what looked like mold on the walls and ceiling. They advertise a hot breakfast, but there was only lukewarm coffee. The vending machines and ice machine were all out of order, and they'd run out of towels. Don't stay here.

We didn't last more than about 30 minutes before finding somewhere else to stay. The manager told us at check-in that breakfast was no longer provided and suggested Burger King down the street. The room smelled odd and the door wouldn't close all the way. I checked the beds as I always do, and found a huge urine stain on the bed and cover under a greasy bedspread. There also seemed to be signs of bed bugs near the top of the bed. The bathroom door wouldn't shut properly either. Awful experience.

I rented the grand ballroom for an event, but they hadn't cleaned it. The carpet was really dirty, and the restrooms were dirty too, with two of the three stalls out of order. The air conditioning didn't work, so the room was hot and unsuitable for an event with more than 100 people. The manager isn't who I blame, but the owner was irresponsible not to tell the client there was a problem. They didn't try to fix it or offer a partial refund for the lack of air conditioning. I don't usually post reviews, but this was absolutely disgusting. Save yourself the headache and don't rent from or stay at this hotel.
