I paid nearly $1,500 and ended up with a low-quality room that smelled like smoke, despite requesting a non-smoking queen studio with a sofa bed and the other usual amenities. The room looked cheap, the stove was broken, and my requests hadn't been met. When I reported it at the desk, I asked to be moved to a room with what I'd booked. They took far too long to address the problem, so I asked for a refund instead. They didn't process it or give me a receipt. When I called back for the receipt, the manager hung up on me. The rooms are in terrible condition, and management was disrespectful and unhelpful when I tried to sort it out. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

The property itself was clean, and Jazmyne at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. But our non-smoking room, number 310, smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. It was so strong that my head hurt and my nose burned. The mattress was much too hard, and the two pillows were so soft they felt like having no pillow at all. The bathroom light flickered badly, almost like a strobe.

We were in town for Mizzou game day weekend as Auburn alumni, and our weekend plans were ruined when we had to find a room at the last minute. We wound up staying an hour outside Auburn, at a much higher cost. We'd booked InTown Suites Extended Stay through Expedia well in advance, and the reservation was confirmed. We arrived from Kansas City before the office closed, only to be told it had been cancelled because of overbooking. There was no cancellation record, and no call, email, or text. Expedia said the booking was still active and couldn't reach the front desk to confirm the overbooking claim. It felt like they had given our room to someone willing to pay a higher rate, leaving us stranded. The staff were unhelpful and unapologetic. At 6 PM on a Friday, nearby options were over $2300 for two nights. This was infuriating and felt dishonest. If you're considering staying here, be warned: your reservation may not be honored, especially during a high-demand event, and you could be left without a place to stay. Absolutely unacceptable.

Less than an hour into the check-in window, I got a text saying my reservation was cancelled without explanation. This came after I booked a month ahead and called the day before to confirm. I was assured I had a room as long as I arrived between 11 and 6, and told the Google reviews about last-minute cancellations were inaccurate. Since it was an Auburn gameday, I had to pay double for a room elsewhere. Don't count on this hotel honoring your reservation. If you have time, I'd recommend paying more in advance to book with a reputable hotel that will hold your room.

The location is great, but the upkeep is inconsistent and the price is too high for what you get. I spent more than a month with a bad fridge and had to throw away food, with no reimbursement. My things had been rummaged through, and a beanie was missing before I left. Mrs Mary was the only housekeeper who respected boundaries. Laponya treated people badly depending on her mood and used her position to do so. Melissa was rude and vindictive, talked down to people, and acted as if she ran the property, though she was a new housekeeper. She also had to have her kids dropped off at work. Stay at your own risk.
