The mattresses were vile. We were in Room 105 and should've checked the bed before sleeping that first night, but we were exhausted after driving all night. Our toddler had an accident while sleeping, and that's when we noticed a brownish stain on the mattress zip cover. When we unzipped it, the mattress underneath looked like it'd been picked up from the side of the road. The waterproof cover was ancient and soiled, its inner waterproof material had broken down and stuck to the dips in the mattress. If you stay here, check the mattress right away. The smell in the building was also strong and pungent, hard to describe, but it made me feel like I was going to puke. The location was convenient for our business trip: right between Orlando and Daytona Beach, with a Wawa next door, Outback across the parking lot, and more nearby. We picked it because it was cheap, eight minutes from his job, and he had a long work assignment. It has the basics for an extended stay, beds, fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. I wasn't told about the $100 deposit at check-in, probably because I booked through Expedia. If you add a few days at a time through Expedia after each checkout, they refund the original deposit and charge it again, tying up your money while you're unsure when the assignment will end. I gave service three stars because some front desk staff were nice, including the 'older' blonde lady and the brunette with curly hair. The manager, Todd, looked at the mattress, agreed with me, apologized, and refunded our stay.

The place is a dump. Floors were filthy, and after taking off my shoes, my feet turned black within minutes. The halls and elevator were filthy too, and there was no housekeeping at all, despite them saying it's every 14 days. The kitchenette had nothing to cook or eat with, not even a fork, pots, pans, coffee machine, cups, or dishes. Rooms sleep four, but they give you only two towels, and you have to bring towels and sheets to the front desk to get clean ones. The front desk staff were unfriendly and rude when they were actually there.

Pretty basic extended stay. The floor was really dirty, like it hadn't been mopped in ages. The bed felt like a camper mattress. Coffee wasn't always available, and there was a smell in the room, not strong, but still there.
