SunRail is about five minutes away, and taking it toward Sand Lake or Tupperware and then getting an Uber or Lyft can save you from the traffic and parking headaches around the big attractions. The hotel itself is quiet, conveniently placed near restaurants and grocery stores, and the rates are fair. It’s outside the tourist area, but I’ve often found the drive from nearby hotels can take longer anyway. I’ve stayed here several times over the last few years, and the staff, breakfast, and well-stocked coffee bar have all been terrific. The owner has clearly looked after the property since it opened, and maintenance is on top of things. It still looks new. I rarely give five stars, but this place earned them. Compared with other places near the Mouse, Sea, and Studio, which I’ve found run-down, smelly, unfriendly, and full of hidden fees, this feels like a quiet home away from home. I've even seen Hampton Inn charge $15 for parking. I've stayed at plenty of nearby properties and know the area. Give this one a try, and you may end up writing a review like mine.

We had a great time as a family of five. The updated room was clean, comfortable, and roomy enough for all of us, and the continental breakfast was very good. Everyone we met on staff was kind and helpful. Jeff especially made us feel welcome right from check-in. When he heard we were in town for a week-long soccer showcase and also hoped to visit Disney, he offered recommendations, helped us plan, and showed us ways to save money. His help made our Disney trip a great experience. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Orlando. Highly recommend!

We arrived late after a friend’s overnight layover, and Jeff looked after us really well. The room was clean, the bathroom had plenty of supplies, and the amenities were good. Breakfast was included and hit the spot. It’s right off the highway, which was perfect for our trip. I’d recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay while traveling.

Richey and Salina made this feel like a home away from home. They were warm and personable while still being professional, real gems. We’re fans of Home 2 and stay at their locations in the US and Canada; this time we used our rewards. We liked our room and the accommodations, and had a cozy stay. One problem in Room 208: there was no shampoo or conditioner in the wall dispensers. We showered before checkout because we had a surgeon appointment, but none of us could wash our hair. There wasn’t a hair dryer either, so we left with wet, unwashed hair.
