Lobby staff and housekeeping shouldn’t barge into the room or take other people’s finances without permission. They also shouldn’t harass guests about their stay when they’ve paid their money for two weeks or more, especially when it’s $350 per week.

The room was clean and the air conditioning worked. The front desk staff were kind and professional, though the door security could use an upgrade. If you need a place to stay while passing through, I think this place can accommodate you.

The room smelled bad, and the sheets were stained. I left after only a few minutes, but couldn’t get a full refund for a room I didn’t stay in.

We only booked here because every hotel nearby was full during Hurricane Helene, and we needed somewhere close to work. The rooms felt dirty, and we didn’t feel comfortable going to bed until we’d washed the sheets. The area didn’t feel safe either. We stayed a week and gradually got used to the place, but when we tried to pay for a month, they wouldn’t allow it, so we had to pay every morning. We eventually left for somewhere better with more amenities.

No phones in the room, and the Wi-Fi sucks. The water pressure is great, though, once you wait a full two minutes for it to heat up.
