Comfort Inn & Suites Augusta

I couldn’t check in because the woman at the front desk chose to eat breakfast with the guests instead of doing her job. If you work late and need to arrive after 3 a.m., don’t book here. It wasted my time and money. Do better, CumFort.

We live by railroad tracks at home and sleep through the trains, but the horns were blowing all night here. The room was clean, though, and we didn’t sleep well.

After a bad experience at another hotel, we left and checked in at Comfort Inn instead. This place was 100% amazing, with a great breakfast, pool, and staff. Five stars.

The evening clerk Virginia was very nice and kept apologizing because I hadn’t gotten the two beds I booked. She upgraded me to a suite, but I wouldn’t call sleeping on a couch an upgrade when I’d booked two rooms. The couch was extremely hard, and no one had told me about the change. I’d reserved two beds three weeks ahead, and my aunt had also booked two beds a week before the event, but at check-in they only gave me one bed. My aunt’s water was cold. When we told Susan at the front desk, she apologized and said she hadn’t heard other complaints like that, then blamed it on the baseball boys taking showers. Later, we came back to find no clean towels in our room. The next day, a jackhammer-like noise kept us from sleeping. I called the desk, and the person laughed but didn’t come up to check what was wrong.
