The room, lobby, and parking lot were all clean, and the location was great. The only downside for me was that they have showers only. I would've liked a bathtub. The young woman at check-in was patient, kind, and knew exactly what to do when our virtual card caused trouble with the reservation.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the housekeeper was kind. This is easily the best experience and price I've had after trying several hotels around here. The shower pressure was great, mattresses were nicely firm, and there was a big fridge with a separate freezer. Wi-Fi was super fast, and there were other thoughtful touches too. It'll be my go-to for future visits. Forget the huge chains, this place cares!

On November 24, 2025, I checked in and briefly left my belongings in the room. Back in the lobby, a front desk employee spoke to me in a belittling, disrespectful way while the coffee machine was overflowing. When I asked why they were talking to me like that, things escalated instead of getting resolved. Management came out but didn't calm things down or correct the employee's behavior. They involved law enforcement and told me to leave, even though I'd just checked in. I couldn't stay the night or get the lodging I'd paid for. I felt disrespected and unsafe. People paying for a room deserve to be treated with dignity and made to feel welcome. If this happens at a hotel or business, you can file a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General, submit a BBB complaint to document it publicly, send a formal complaint to hotel management, or submit a HUD discrimination report since hotels are public accommodations. Those steps create a paper trail and can help hold a business accountable. Everyone should feel safe, respected, and welcome where they pay to stay.

The staff were pleasant, and my room was very clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was good, with fresh coffee in the morning. This hotel is convenient for my work and trips back and forth, and it's great value for the price. I was absolutely pleased with my staff. I'll be back!
