Nice area, with lots of food places, convenience stores, and gas stations nearby. The people were very good, and my room was nice and clean. I'll be back.

I've been struggling and staying at this hotel with my children for almost two months. I've used reward points and planned carefully to earn extra through my milestone rewards. They also have a promotion right now for triple points on every stay. I've earned points and paid for nights when I didn't have points to use. Then this morning, all my points were wiped out for no reason. They say I disputed a charge for my February 14 stay or asked for a refund, but even if I had, that wouldn't explain taking all my points. The screenshots show 9,500 points retracted, though one night costs only 8,000. The numbers don't add up. Nobody can give me a real explanation, and I'm disgusted. After all the money I've spent with this organization, treating me this way is absurd. I believe they did it because I was using my rewards and they wanted the money instead. Someone I know personally just told me the same thing happened to them, so I'm not the first. Complete scam artists.

I accidentally left my expensive work shoes behind at checkout, and realized a day and a half later. When I went back, they told me they'd thrown my $200 boots in the trash because they were "dirty." Nobody tried to contact me before getting rid of my property, and the shoes weren't even dirty, just a few scuffs on the toes. Honestly, if I could give this place no stars, I would.

The room was filthy, and we didn't even risk using the shower. We were too worn out from traveling to leave that night, so we checked out the next morning. At least we didn't find bed bugs, and the man at check-in seemed pleasant. There isn't breakfast, and a bar next door had some sketchy-looking people outside when we arrived. Those five-star reviews don't seem real to me. I wouldn't stay here again.
