Reed Creek State Park is about a 10-minute drive away and was lovely. The hotel is handy for I-20, around 10 minutes by car from downtown, with Texas Roadhouse and Red Lobster within walking distance and plenty of other places to eat nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast and parking made it good value.

The whole hotel had a strange moldy odor, and the toilet kept running nonstop. Our room was filthy: the fridge looked untouched, the microwave didn’t seem to have been cleaned, and the beds had stains. When I brought it up at the front desk, all they said was, “Ohhh.” No apology or anything. You’ve been warned.

We were in town for a show at the Miller Theatre and had a really nice stay at this quality Inn. Brandon was friendly and easy to talk to, and gave us useful suggestions for places to eat and visit. The housekeeping staff we met were polite and professional too. Five stars, and I’d recommend staying here. Thanks, Brandon, for being so welcoming and professional!

We stopped here for one night in December 2025 while passing through, and I’d happily stay again on a future trip through Augusta. The breakfast had a good selection and was kept clean and well attended. Our room was spotless too, thanks to the housekeeping staff, and everyone we met was friendly and attentive. There are several hotels clustered just off the highway, so driving around felt crowded and a little confusing, but we found a parking space without trouble. Booking from online reviews can be a gamble, but this stay was a pleasant surprise.

We’re musicians who tour around the US, so we’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. We usually choose Hilton, but in Augusta, Georgia, the Quality Inn was more convenient for us. We were in Room 105, and this place made the Hiltons we’ve stayed at seem like two-star dumps. I won’t go into detail, but if you’re in the area, try it for yourself at 2562 Center West Park, Augusta Georgia. It’s an experience you won’t regret.
