People experiencing homelessness are often there asking for handouts, which makes it hard to give this place a better rating. Management also keeps knocking on doors looking for someone in a room. They should have a list of people who aren't allowed, so guests could alert them when those people show up instead of management just barging in. Maybe that would help.

The staff were great, friendly, and respectful throughout my stay. My first room had a broken AC, but they were very accommodating and moved me to another room, where everything worked fine. The rooms were nice and bug-free, and I had no other issues.

The location is great, with everything you might need within walking distance, and the property was quiet at night, so I slept well. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and cheerful. Check-in was quick, and when the TV gave me trouble, the front desk clerk kept working until it was fixed. They also have a nice breakfast selection. They went above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. Thanks for a delightful hotel experience. I'd highly recommend staying here in Augusta and will be back.

We booked two rooms for two nights during this year's Masters tournament. Augusta National was less than a five-minute drive away, and everything else was close by too. Andy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were older but well maintained, and the beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Great value, and I'd definitely book again. Thank you, Andy!
