They kept going in and out of my room, and when I caught them coming out, they acted really strange about it. I keep our space neat and tidy, and I shouldn't have to spend my time cleaning, though I do. With a five-year-old and everything else going on, being constantly hounded and nitpicked was too much. We'd just lost our home in a fire, moved to a new state, started new jobs, and had to replace everything we owned. They wouldn't give our family of three toilet paper after three days. They also charged a blanket deposit because my daughter got washable marker on the blankets. She didn't color on them, and the marks came out. They were rude about that, putting out towels, and even using the coffee creamer they leave in the lobby. It was a miserable experience.

The managers were nosy and snobby, and there always seemed to be police around. They kept my cash-only deposit after getting on to me once for something my daughter did. I think they used that as an excuse, and probably pocketed the money.

The location was good, but management was snobby and always in our business. The bedroom and kitchenette were both tiny. We think she kept our pet deposit for no reason.

I booked here for a show at the Walmart amp and was worried by the negative reviews. The room ended up exceeding what I expected. It was really nice, with a stovetop, dishwasher, full-size fridge, and microwave. The front desk attendants were pleasant, too. I didn't see bugs, and the AC worked well. My only issue was that the bathtub drain wouldn't close all the way, so I had to put a hand towel over it to fill the tub. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I don't know why some reviews were so negative.
