Travelodge by Wyndham Reno Downtown

I came because I-80 was closed due to snow and expected at least decent service, given the two-star rating. Instead, I got terrible service and had to wait minutes for a simple answer. The woman at the front desk didn’t acknowledge me or try to help. I left right away because of the disrespect and won’t be back.

The location is great, but the hotel smelled of smoke and wasn’t clean. We found a cockroach in our room, which is unacceptable for a professional lodging place. I won’t return.

The motel and room were filthy, and the noise was awful. Water sprayed all over the bathroom from the shower, and neither the TV nor the mini fridge worked. The office offered no help. With so many room problems and safety concerns, I had to find somewhere else to stay for my young son and me.

There was blood on the floor and a rat in the filthy room. I asked for two beds, and a hot tub was supposed to be available, but neither was the case. What a joke. Go elsewhere. Circus Circus across the way is cheaper and has better rooms. THE HOWARD JOHNSON IS A JOKE! The place is falling apart.
