Landing at RED

They call these luxury apartments, but the hallways and especially the stairwells were often filthy. Dog hair kept collecting, and once an empty beer can sat in the stairwell for over two months. The treadmills at Emory were another ongoing problem. I reported one machine’s malfunction several times over more than a year, and each time they acted like it was new information and said they’d handle it, but it never got fixed. Then a second treadmill started having issues. I reported that one too, got the same response, and never heard anything further. Neither was fixed. My car was also towed from the resident garage even though my parking sticker was displayed exactly as instructed. Management refused to reimburse the fees, despite my not breaking the parking rules. I took them to small claims court, and the judge awarded me the towing cost plus court costs. They said they might appeal, but eventually paid. To clarify after their reply, the towing happened some time ago. The dirty common areas and broken treadmills were recent problems. I moved out in December 2025, and both were still issues then. I wouldn’t recommend renting here.
