My key card caused a problem when I checked in, but it got resolved. General Manager Phylicia was gracious and very professional, and I appreciated her apology for how the issue was handled. Thank you, I'm grateful for her kindness. I'll consider returning if I need a hotel again. I hope I spelled her name right.

After a 12-hour night shift, my card stopped working and I was locked out of my paid room. I sat in the front lobby hallway for 2.5 hours, from 3:20-6:07, and made 7 calls to the 500 number for after-hours check-ins or card issues. The receptionist called the District Manager 3 times and said someone was on the way, but nobody had arrived after 2.5 hours. The receptionist door was left wide open, so anyone could have walked in or taken whatever they wanted. If you need anything after the front desk closes, even help getting into your room, you're out of luck. I wish I could attach a photo of the open door. I wouldn't want someone working for me to leave money and business items unlocked and unattended. I'll be filing a complaint and asking for compensation.

This was the best extended stay I've experienced. It was clean, and the environment felt safe and friendly. I enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to others.

The room was dingy, and the light switches didn't work. Something had been spilled on one of the chairs, and there were several spots on the floor that hadn't been cleaned.
