I’m still waiting to hear how the hotel resolves this, and I’ll update my review once there’s a decision. The $250 charge appeared in my bank account a few days after check-in. When I called, they said there was evidence of smoking in the room I’d originally been assigned on the second floor, but there was no record of my reassignment to the third floor. The woman at the front desk was very nice and said she’d review footage to show I hadn’t stayed in that second-floor room. This situation shouldn’t have happened. Check-in itself was tedious: I arrived early Monday morning and was first given a second-floor room that already had someone in it when I tried to enter. I had to go back downstairs for another assignment. After I got into the third-floor room, I thought everything was sorted, but then came the charge. I can’t understand how this could happen.

My husband and I stayed here for a while during a job relocation, and the friendly staff made it a nice place to land. They helped whenever I asked and often tried to help before I even asked. The rooms were clean, and the fridge and stovetop were especially clean. You can request dishes, a toaster, pots, and pans, which was a really helpful perk. There’s a little breakfast with oatmeal, Nutri-Grain bars, two kinds of muffins, hot chocolate, hot tea, and three kinds of coffee. They also have a gym, though I didn’t use it. If you’re traveling near Chambers rd, check them out and get some rest. Be safe on your travels, and have a great day or evening.

We needed a room last minute, and Miss D (Miss Delightful :) greeted us with a lovely smile and took care of everything we needed. Her patience and poise really showed, and you can tell she enjoys her job by how well she treats guests. We’re between apartments and have been staying at lots of hotels, where the service seems to get crappier each time. This experience felt special, and we appreciate it more than they probably realize. I’d rate extended stay america suites Dia branch twelve out of ten. Queen made us feel at home throughout the stay. Right from arrival, she made us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. Her warm energy and top-tier service really stood out, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to meet someone who brings so much grace and kindness to their work. Queen is a gem and a real asset to the hotel.
