The room was quiet and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, plenty of space, and a relaxing feel. It was clean and well maintained, and the hotel felt secure and looked well kept. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. Check-in and checkout both went smoothly. I had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

The hallway had trash and liquor bottles, and police showed up multiple times because of disorderly guests. Outside, the street became a loud racing strip at night, with industrial noise starting early in the morning, so there was no rest. Housekeeping came into my room but didn’t clean anything. The online pictures are misleading. My first room smelled of smoke, had a broken refrigerator, and damaged outlets. The “best room they had” wasn’t much better: the fridge leaked, the stove barely worked, and the shower was held together with tape with a hole in the floor. My car was towed for backing into a parking spot, a rule that was never clearly explained. The place felt unsafe, was poorly maintained, and wasn’t worth the money. I’d avoid it if possible. I have lots of pictures, but Google review removed the feature that let me add them. I was able to add some on booking.com.

I left right away after seeing black mold all over the bathroom ceiling, but the owners denied a refund even after hearing what happened. When I parked, I had to wait for off-leash pitbulls to chase my vehicle before they wandered away and I could get out. The smell of weed hit me then, and it seemed to be everywhere despite the no-smoking signs. On the way to my room I passed a barely dressed woman outside a room in 35-degree weather who looked like she was propositioning men. Young guys gathered in the hallways and glared as I passed. It was nasty, and I didn’t feel safe. Spend the extra $40 to stay somewhere else.

There were roaches and fleas in the room, blood on the box spring, and needles all around the perimeter. The room next door was taped off by Adams county coroner, and there were heroine needles in the parking lot. The motel was absolutely disgusting, just trash. Red Roof contacted me after my update, but would only offer a partial refund for a night in a room with someone’s blood and roaches. You’d think red roof would want to protect its corporate name, but they don’t seem to care. DO NOT STAY HERE.
