I was between residences and stayed here for two weeks. The remodeled rooms are well laid out, clean, nicely kept, and had remarkably clean linens. I didn’t find any bugs. Don’t expect much service at a long-stay hotel: you’ll do your own laundry, though the laundry room is lovely and has plenty of machines, and housekeeping doesn’t come every day. I expected that, and actually liked having the privacy of my own space. Kim checked me in and was pleasant, kind, and informative. Sol at the front desk is also the GM and runs a tight ship, which shows in the room quality. Just be sure to check in before 7 pm, since they close each night then. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it or come back. I even left my computer monitor in the room, and when I called the next day, Sol had kept it safe for me to pick up. For the price, I don’t think you’ll find better in any city. I’ve stayed in many long-term hotels in San Diego and Denver, and these are by far the best accommodations for the money. Thanks again, team Sol, much love!

Sol was patient, friendly, clear, and very professional. I’d give her a 9.9 out of 10. The room had all the basics I need when I’m away from home, including a bathtub with a working plug and a clean phone that worked perfectly. I slept well on a firm bed that didn’t sag. The air conditioning was quiet, and the drapes kept out all the light. The fridge had a small dent, but it was spotless. The TV had the basic digital channels and a connection for my streaming device. I also had a nice pine tree right outside my window. I always stay on an upper floor wherever I go.

It feels like living in an apartment, except they treat you like a kid who gets sent to time out. You’re required to have your room cleaned every damn week. If you’re sick that day, you get written up by the front office, then they act like even worse county jailers and harass you more. They won’t provide trash bags, toilet paper, or much of anything you need. Hotels cost so much, shouldn’t they be self-sufficient? On top of that, there are racist people in positions of authority here. Truly awful experience.

I lived here for three years, and I was bullied by the maids and front desk. My girlfriend, who was living with me, lied to everyone, and they knew it. They helped her leave with my child and another man, took away all my rights here, and threw me out on Sunday, February 8, her birthday. Miss Michelle helped her, then looked me in the face and said she didn’t get involved in people’s business. The front desk treated me so badly that I lost all my status here, even though my name was on the room too. They made me pay a deposit that I know I won’t get back. I cleaned over 300 pounds of dirt from the room, and they told me to take it up with her. I was mistreated so much, and I still haven’t seen my son in three months. If you have a family, don’t go here. The maids and front desk get involved in your business, and you might lose your family too. This is my second day in Colorado at your facility. I thought Stowe and go was all the time, but I was told it’s only on holidays.

The room was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in during 36 years of military travel to more than 200 destinations. The lights, TV, hot water, and AC all worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the desk staff and management were among the worst I’ve dealt with anywhere. Check-in meant signing five pages of forms. It felt like I was immigrating to the US instead of checking into a hotel. I arrived just before 7:00 pm and SON told me I was lucky, because they would have cancelled my entire eight-night Air Force reservation if I’d been five minutes later. She said they stop checking guests in at 7:00 pm. But the Priceline booking said to contact the hotel if arriving after 9:00 pm, or the reservation could be cancelled. Checkout was just as frustrating. My flight meant I needed to leave by 10:30 am on 9/4. I got to the desk at 10:15 am, but it was shuttered because nobody worked there until 11:00 am. Luckily, Housekeeping Supervisor MICHELLE was nearby. The USAF needed proof of checkout, and I asked where to leave my key. She said to put it under the shutter, but it was in an envelope with my room number on it, so anyone could take it and ransack the room. I couldn’t leave it there, so she took the key and promised to give it to manager SOL ROSARIO when she arrived at 11:00 am. MICHELLE also took my name, email, and TEL# and said she’d pass those along. At 11:30 am, SOL still hadn’t called or emailed, so I called her to ask for proof that I’d checked out at 10:15 am. She eventually emailed a document with the right date but said checkout was at 11:33 am. I called again and said she knew from talking to MICHELLE that I’d actually left at 10:15. SOL replied, “I wasn’t here when you checked out so I am not writing that.” She never seemed to understand that the unmanned desk was what caused the whole problem.
